Storage containers made by JINSUI, a Tokoname ware kiln. Tokoname clay is durable and does not absorb water, making it suitable for Teapot. The technique used by Tokoname craftsmen is to rub the body and lid together to make them adhere closely to each other. These storage containers are produced using such Teapot-making techniques. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as storing tea leaves and coffee beans.
